How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from the Netherlands using PostNL. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
Netherlands and EU countries: 2–7 business days
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Asia (e.g. Japan, China, Singapore): 7–14 business days
South America & other regions: 10–20 business days
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that customs checks, holidays, or local disruptions may affect delivery times.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
We typically process and ship out orders within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Please note that during busy periods, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide using trusted carriers like PostNL and their global partners. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location — you'll see exact details at checkout.
If you don’t see your country listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
We understand how frustrating that can be, and we're here to help.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your order seems delayed, please reach out to us. In the rare case that your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund.
Please keep in mind that customs and international shipping can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after ordering.
If you need to update your shipping address, cancel, or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order is packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes — but we’ll still do our best to find a solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (on supported devices)
- iDEAL, Bancontact, and other local payment options where available
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s certified checkout system.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant platform. We never store or have access to your full payment details — your privacy and security are our top priority.
Do you charge in USD or my local currency?
All prices on our store are displayed and charged in EUR, unless otherwise noted.
Your bank or credit card provider may convert the amount to your local currency if you're ordering internationally, which could include a small conversion fee.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes, we occasionally offer promotions, seasonal sales, and exclusive discount codes! We have a few ongoing:
- 10% discount for first-time orders
- 15% discount for purchasing 3 or more items
